Because of the language and cultural barriers, it can often be hard for solicitors and police to engage with deaf people in a constructive manner.
Croix Deaf Intermediary can provide bespoke 1:1 or group training in basic ‘deaf awareness’ and how to communicate effectively and/or understanding the role and benefits of working with Registered Intermediaries.
